Not sure of my contract--have a document 3.689 MB--can't create/too big. Can create at 1.2 MB segments--upgrade required?

Problems:

1. You haven't told us what you are using to convert.

2. As you probably know, in different parts of the world, dot and comma mean different things in numbers. So I dont know how to read 3.689 MB. Is it "nearly four megabytes" or "nearly four thousand megabytes". If it is "nearly four" this is far below any Acrobat limit. It is is "nearly four thousand" it is over 30 times too large for some services, and fine for others.

USA, decimals -- Similar downloads of the 50 page document (10-15 pages

each) with photos say--

1.1 MB

606 KB

783 KB

1.2 MB

thus the total of 3.689 MB

still thinking deinstalling and reinstalling may eliminate bugs that may

have occurred. OR

maybe my subscription just doesn't allow this

Thank you for clarifying. I am pretty sure reinstalling will not solve this. I think the problem may be how you are working out the size. No need to total anything. And nothing can be guessed from similar files. Just use Windows Explorer or Macintosh Finder to look at the size of the Word document after you save it. Nothing else is reliable.

Please provide the Exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .

Check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Using which application the document was originally created .Is this happening with the other documents as well.
