PDF with a macro?

Hi there!

I'm creating a PDF which has some forms in it (Name boxes, tick boxes etc), based on content provided in an Excel file. In the Excel file, there's a section where the user can select tick boxes and then click on a submit button. This then creates a list of specific results at the bottom of the sheet. So essentially, each tick box correlates with a specific piece of data. I was wondering if this were at all possible to re-create in a PDF? Is it possible to have certain results pop up depending on which tick boxes are selected once the submit button is clicked?

Hope this makes sense! Many thanks in advance! FYI - I'm on a Mac.

Yes, that is possible. With Acrobat you can create scripts using Acrobat. What is the macro or formula that you use for this in Excel?
