PDFs are not printing from Acrobat DC
The following is happening for many of my users running Windows 7.
The print both to printers on a Windows 2012r2 Print server and also to printers attached via IP address.
All of the users have Acrobat DC with the latest updates.
The problem:
When the user selects print the print dialog box comes up. When they then click print the box closes. It never spools or does anything else..
What I have done to trouble shoot:
1. Tried different files saved locally and also out of email--same result as above.
2. Uninstalled Acrobat DC and printed from the reader--same result.
3. Uninstalled Reader and reinstalled Acrobat--same result.
4. Ran the Clean Acrobat and Reader tool and then reinstalled--same result.
5. Removed printer off of server and reinstalled printer using latest installer--same result.
6. Tried printing to different printers--same result.
7. Turned off any security settings in Acrobat--same result
8. I ran through all the steps in adobe's printing troubleshooting steps, with the exception of Preflight as I didn't have that option.
Note that sometimes pdf's may print after any of the above steps, but eventually we have issues again.
Any ideas would be most appreciated.
