Go into control panel > programs and features
Un-install ALL instances of ANYTHING Adobe.
Before re-@installing, do a complete shutdown.
Not just restart, full shutdown.
One turned back on, do a complete install with the installer that works with your product code.
Once installed, before you do anything else, run Acrobat.
Agree to the licence.
Select don't remind me again for the activation.
Close Acrobat.
Try and print a word document to PDF.
