Protect PDF Form Edit

Developed PDF Form with js codes, i need to protect the edit option in PDF form.

I used password security properties, it works well but extract or insert of pdf form is not working; extract/insert page is essential with protection of PDF form edit.

Please, guide for this. thanks

If you apply any security policy it will prevent extracting pages as a new file. There's no way around that.
