Question about Printing/Page Margins/Page Size/etc.

I want to print the below pdf on ONE page/paper. I can print on 8.5x14 paper or don't mind printing on normal 8.5x11 with white space on the sides. I just can't figure out how to do this. (Nor can our IT guy here at work...)
