Question

"The document could not be printed."..."There were no pages to print."

We continue to get the following when users try to print a pdf. "The document could not be printed." followed by "There were no pages to print. I have followed all of the rabbit holes on the internet that talk about the view as PDF/A, protected view, etc. I have run the repairs as is explained and have even gone as far as uninstalling and reinstalling from a previous version of acrobat XI and it will last maybe 1 day before the application still will not print any PDF's for any user. I can create a pdf from a blank page and it will not print to a printer. I can print without any trouble to the printers on the system from multiple user accounts. This issue is on Windows Terminal Server 2008 R2 and 2012 R2. Anyone have any tips.
