I am trying to figure out how I can send a link to a pdf that I created, have recipients open it, add information and get it back to me without emailing it.  Is this possible using a cloud service? Is this even possible?  Thanks for any assistance!!

Yes, it's possible. Reader 11 and DC are able to save filled-in forms, but the form has be be Reader-enabled for previous Reader versions to save. The users will also need to know how to upload the form to whatever cloud service you're using.
