Registration issue for Acrobat 6 Pro CE: its already registered, but the registration message pops up at every pdf opening

New Here ,

The problem is that at every pdf opening a message pops up (which is attached as image001): would you like to register your Adobe product online now?

Our users are really annoyed about this message. This product is already registered, please see the attached image002 file.

The weird thing is that when we click on the register button not the adobe site comes up, but the following:

http://store.winsoft-international.com/

On this site there is no sight of Adobe Acrobat, the inner search function gives back nothing.

Please advise how we can remove this annoying message, because this pops up at every pdf opening!image001.jpgimage002.png

First of all, I moved your question from The Lounge forum, which is not intended for technical discussions, to the Installing, Updating, & Subscribing to Acrobat forum.

Regarding your question: This is an extremely old version of Acrobat, no longer supported by Adobe nor compatible with any current operating system. You can try running it in Compatibility Mode, but the chances are you'll encounter many problems. This registration issue is just the least of them...

The reason you're being directed to Winsoft is that your version is a special one. I know, for example, that Winsoft used to develop the Middle-Eastern version of Acrobat for Adobe (not sure if that's still the case). At any rate, you need to get a new version.
