Removing handwriting from a scanned PDF

Hi there, I have scanned a printed handout for my son which has handwriting all over it. Is there a quick in build function in Acrobat that allows me to quickly remove all the handwriting?

Hi hardrocky,

You may try to edit the file after running the OCR, but handwritten text usually doesn't recognize in Acrobat. You will be facing the fonts issues as well while editing the the document (hand written do not have any fixed font).
