Serial number not recognize for Acrobat 9 Pro (into CS4 MC) after update until 9.5.5

Hello,

My CS4 Master Collection works on MAC OS El Capitan, except Acrobat 9 Pro. Acrobat 9 Pro stop while starting.

I do successive updates from 9.1 until 9.5.5 (23 updates). Now Acrobat accept to start but it ask me the serial number, and when I type the serial number from my package CS4 Master Collection, this one isn't recognized.

Please help.

Hi

I installed cs5 design premium (from DVD), but the acrobat pro 9 program cannot launch properly.

When I open the program, all I get is an empty toolbar with nothing except the word acrobat. These is no option to enter the serial number and also no option to quit and I have to force quit using activity monitor.

I am not able to update this program as the the updates on the adobe website only goes down to acrobat 10.

Please help, thanks!
