Shared Review Supported Platforms

I literally can't believe I can't find this information somewhere.  We use adobe shared reviews at work and I can't find a list of platforms that support this.  We're using some kind of "not adobe cloud services" local server to host them.  They work great for moving comments up and down, but there doesn't seem to be a list of "what clients let you reply to and create and publish comments" even if it's exclusive to adobe products.  I think it works with acrobat reader, it certainly works with acrobat 9 pro, and other people in the office are using it with DC but that's all I know.  We send these reviews out to clients and every time they call in and say "we can't see the comments" because they've opened the pdf in a browser or osx preview or a million other things.  We always direct them to "the latest version of adobe acrobat reader" but someone threw us the other day by using the most recent version of acrobat reader on an ipad... which of course doesn't seem to support it.Acro
