I bought Adobe Acrobat 11.0.15 from a London Drugs Store in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Since the Windows 10 upgrade, Adobe Acrobat can no longer convert WORD documents to PDF files. I must use WORD to do the conversions. That's fine, but when I define a hyperlink in WORD to a known and safe website, Adobe Reader won't follow the link. The message says Adobe won't jump to a webpage on WWW.AMAZON.COM. That's totally ridiculous. It's corporate harassment of unsuspecting customers.
Adobe should not be allowed to sell software if it can't maintain reasonable support for it products. It should give a disclaimer that its software will self-destruct in 91 days and cause catastrophic damage to anyone foolish enough to buy such worthless products.
If I don't hear from Adobe in 15 days, your company will be exposed on the RIPOFF website. And complaints will be made with the Canadian Business Bureau.. I will seek a legal injunction to keep Adobe products in the Middle East where they belong.
