suppoet for .do format

downloading PDF document, downloads as  .do format.  Not supported in Firefox, Word, Chrome, etc.?????

.do files are used by Java web-applets. This means that the web-site is sending you the wrong file to download, or uses the wrong file-extension.

Try renaming it from *.do to *.pdf on your local computer. If you still can't open it report the issue to the web-admin of that site and ask them to solve the problem on their end.
