The order of Acrobat Pro will not install..

The order of Acrobat Pro will not install..... it's error is saying that the software is not compatible with the computer. I turn the box around, it's says win 7 64, I look at the properties of the machine, it's win7 64 bit machine.

Here's what I've tried:

1. 1.       Putting the key into the trial version suggested to download by Vendor. Said invalid key.
2. 2.      Uninstalled the trial version.
3. 3.      Downloaded Adobe clean up tool ran it twice.
4. 4.     Put in the CD, says wrong version.
5. 5.      Checked for virus's and spyware multiple times, nothing.
6. 6.     Shut off virus software while installing, always.
7. 7.      Went to the Adobe web site downloaded and installed from there, invalid key.
8. 8.      Copied the CD to the local machine and ran the .exe from the desktop, invalid operating system.
9. 9.     Uninstalled EVERYTHING Adobe on the system including the reader DC.
10. 10.  Started from number one again.

  This vicious circle has gone round and round for days...
