Thank you for your prompt response. In answer to your question regarding the

"Organizer database is damaged and will be reset the next time Acrobat is launched" inquiry, we're running:

  • The Adobe Acrobat ver 9.0.0
  • Windows 7 Professional

I want to mention that Acrobat 9 is not supported on Windows 7 .

Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately no such file (Organizer90) exists. View is set to view ALL (hidden) files. Suggestions?
