trying to deactivate acrobat pro XI so it can be activated on a replacement computer

I need to deactivate acrobat pro XI on an old computer so I can then activate on a new one.

sight says to click help > deactivate but when I click help, deactivate isn't one of the options.

sign-out/sign-in?  of what?  what are you talking about,  please use complete sentences.

Yes, obviously it is activated,  have been using it for years,  need to deactivate it to dispose of old computer and install/activate on new computer.

Deactivate is not showing up as an option.
