Trying to install Acrobat 10.0 on new PC (it was installed on previous PC) but when I open app & go through complete-install process, I get "Error 1935" & uninstall. Online chat doesn't know what it is.

What OS does this new computer has? Because Acrobat X is an older version, not compatible with current operating systems, like Windows 10.
