Turn off suggestions drop down when filling in text

When I use the "fill and sign" feature, it shows suggestions based on similar text in a drop down below the field. I normally use the arrow down to adjust the position of the text field, but when this drop down appears i just scroll through that instead. I dont want the program to suggest some text i wrote myself, i can write it again myself.
