My Windows 10 laptop comes with the fairly useless "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer option which does not provide the multiple Adobe PDF Printer presets that I used on my old Vista system. I have Adobe Acrobat 8.0 Professional installed along with other full ADOBE programs such as Photoshop 8.0 and Dreamweaver CS5.5. I can confirm that the PDF presets (*.joboptions) are present on my computer (C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 8.0\Acrobat\Settings). I have tried using the manual method of installing the Adobe PDF Printer as explained in (Manually installing PDF Printer). When I get to Solution 3/Step 4 "Check Use an existing port and select Documents\*.pdf (Adobe PDF) from the drop down" I hit a brick wall as there is no "Documents\*.pdf" selection under "Use an existing port". I have experimented with many options without any success. Please walk me through the steps of activating the Adobe PDF Printer. If this isn't possible, is there a way of installing presets with the "Microsoft Print to PDF" function?

Hi markolympic ,
Would like to inform you that Acrobat 8 Pro is an older version & is not compatible with Windows 10.
Please upgrade your Acrobat Program to work on this OS version .

For Windows 10, it appears that I can use Adobe Acrobat XI Pro -or- Adobe Acrobat XI Standard -or- Adobe Acrobat DC. MOST IMPORTANT ... which of these includes the Adobe PDF Printer presets (for example: press quality, smallest file size, etc.)? This is what is crucial for my work!
