Hi haroldg88489577,

Try to repair Adobe Reader DC from the Control Panel in Windows.

If you still experience the issue, uninstall the Adobe Reader DC using cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs in Windows and simply uninstall and drag it to thrash folder in Mac

Then download Reader DC from here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
