Unexpected Error. PDFMaker unable to produce the Adobe PDF.

Used to be able to highlight 20 MS Word docs, right click and choose Convert to Adobe PDF. A week or two ago I started getting a message that says.Unexpected error. PDFMaker unable to produce the Adobe PDF. Works when I open and print to PDF printer driver. Support could only say,  "Yes, you have an issue." But no help. I don't want to open each of the files to convert. How do I fix it?

Hi ,

What Acrobat version do you work on?

Also tell the Word version along with the OS you work on.

Please share the screen shot of the error message .

Please see if it is updated to the latest patch.

If on windows, try to repair Acrobat once and see how it goes.

Regards

I like to select like 10 MS Word docs, right click and choose Convert to PDF. That is where the error comes frome. It works when I open each one up and chose Print to PDF Printer, but that takes too long.
