Upgraded to windows 10 6 months ago everything worked great until now. All of the sudden I can only create a PDF when I restart my computer.

Upgraded to windows 10 6 months ago everything worked great until now. All of the sudden I can only create a PDF when I restart my computer. Apparently the distiller turns off after I print what can I do? Using 9.5.5 acrobat PRO

Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10.

I have 10 but for some reason I can not get a serial for it. I bought it 2 years ago. Is there any other option.

Acrobat 10 is also not compatible with Windows 10. Only Acrobat 11 and DC are.

The solution is to upgrade.
