Usage Acrobat XI as printer in Windows 2012 Server

The PDF printer is installed, set as the default printer  and configured to print into one folder.
I pause the the printer and then print the file.

This file is seen in the paused queue and the the same time it appears in the defined output folder.

It looks like it runs not correctly.

Does anybody the issues like that.

No kind of information will change the situation with regard to license and technical suitability. You do not seem willing to accept my reply, but I have no way to add anything different.

Sorry, I have no answer for that. If Acrobat were suitable for your task, I'd suggest upgrading to Acrobat DC to see if it works. But from the limited amount of info you've give us it isn't, so it isn't worth investing more of your time in.

What kind of information could be usefull for you?

I have one more issue (problem) with printing to PDF file. I will really appreciate if you have time to look into it (Adobe PDF Converter creates not editable text (pictures). What setting to change? )

acrobat is only made for use from an interactive session. And server limitations don't just apply to sharing the printer, but any use in a server workflow. unless a human is always sat at the server, using it as a workstation, whether Acrobat actually works is irrelevant. Or so I've been told.

Except for Terminal Server, Acrobat is not for server use. For a PDF creation solution licensed and technically suitable for servers see LiveCycle PDF Generator.

Thank you for your answer, but it doesn't explain this phenomenon.

The server I  mean is only used by the applications that run on that server and no application that runs somewhere else uses it as print-server.

And I still don't understand why it is good to use Acrobat (Acrobat Distiller XI) as a virtual printer.

But this phenomenon happens also if  I work interactive: for example print from a text editor or excel.
