Please share the exact error message that you get while registering the product?
Also share the Application & its version that you are try in to register?
Try the connectivity troubleshooting in the mean time Solutions to sign-in, activation, and connection errors with Creative Cloud and Creative Suite appli....

entirety:
Registration - Connection Failure
We were unable to connect to Adobe to Register your product.
To proceed with Registration please check the following:
1. Make sure you're connected to the Internet.
2. Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
3. Click the Register Now button.

There is no way to connect from the product with Win10. That is when the
problem started.

We are having the same issue. Re-installed AA8Pro with valid serial on Win10 and it won't register. It was previously registered on a Win7 installation.
Anyone find a fix yet?

Tech support does not help. The strange thing is that everything else
connects to the Adobe server. I think they just want to make it hard so we
buy a newer version. I have tried reinstalling etc. Nothing.
