Hi kevinb28731555,

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Would like to request you to please turn off the Fire wall & security services, then try to convert . Also share the Firefox version.

Also request you to please check with the different Internet Browser, refer to this KB article :- Converting web pages to PDF, Adobe Acrobat

Regards,

Yatharth

Hi Yatharth.

im using win-10.,and the dot version of the software is

ad-update.png

as said earlier its not working with firefox.

In google chrome after clicking convert button ,its showing the downloading page .,but its not downloading anything ,i've waited for 15 mins.FYI my broadband is working fine

chrome.png

The good news is ,its working with our very old 'internet explorer'....what a relief!!!!

Does this mean we have to wait for an update from firefox & google chrome.,or is there something wrong with our software?

Hi

Are you able to convert the web page from within Acrobat via File > Create > PDF from web page?

If yes, try converting from Firefox again and let me know if it works.

Thanks

Tanvi

Hi

Thanks for the confirmation. Can you please share some more information :

1. whether your Acrobat was freshly installed or you have been using it for a while ?

2. If it is latter, is your Acrobat recently updated ? Have you ever converted any web page or html/txt file from Acrobat before ?

Thanks

Tanvi
