I have just downloaded the free trial that Adobe offers of the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I am trying to add a video to my PDF and I've got the majority of what I need to do figured out, except for the Flash Player required. Once the video is added to the PDF and all there is left to do is hit play a notification pops up that says, " To view the Flash technology in this PDF file, please install the required version of Flash Player." The desktop/ computer I'm running this on is brand new and when I go to install a Flash Player, the computer tells me that there was an error installing one since it already has the latest version of Flash Player installed on it. I'm at a loss for ideas, and I'm not sure where to go from here. If anybody has any experience with this, I need you help!
