when trying to print pdf file the document printing or document properties windows are blank or distorted

I have Acrobat XI installed on a Windows 7 Pro, I also have Acrobat DC installed. Until about a week ago both functioned flawlessly.

Now when I try to print, the print window/dialog is either incomplete or huge and distorted with some words crossed. Windows 7 has no errors, All updates are current, there is no malware virus or rootkits. Printer drivers are up to date and video drivers are up to date. I have looked for answer on the web for days with no luck. Found one similar post and it had no answer or reply. Does any one have any ideas of what the issue is? Thanks
