Where are the Markup tools? I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC as are my colleagues. They have markups in the customise section of the tools (and can mark up with dotted lines and double ended arrows etc.) but I don't.  We pay for three licenses but I can't do the same as them and need to be able to use these tools for the job I do.

in comments, i can draw a normal line, add text and sticky notes, stamps and simple 'shapes' but none of the tools the others have to mark up our plans.

Hi,

I see that too but it does not give me the tools other colleagues have. They have another icon under customize called 'markups' which i do not have. this is where they get the dotted lines and double ended arrows etc.

Perhaps - Different versions of Acrobat are in play. As versions changed less specific identification of "Markup" has been present.  However the specific tools are all still present.

Be well...

Perhaps they're using a custom plug-in that adds different types.
