Where to download Acrobat DC SDK?

http://www.adobe.com/cn/devnet/acrobat.htmlThe latest download Acrobat SDK is "Acrobat X SDK" in this page(Adobe - Acrobat Developer Center | Adobe Developer Connection ).

I have found "Acrobat DC SDK Documentation" (Acrobat DC SDK Documentation ).
Then, where to download Acrobat DC SDK? I can not find it.

maybe you can change your region. Or maybe users in China are nit licensed for the latest SDK.

But all you really need is the documentation. The SDK download doesn't add much useful.

Find the reason:

"http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat.html"  jumps to "http://www.adobe.com/cn/devnet/acrobat.html" automatically in Chinese area.

They display different content.So I can not find "Acrobat DC SDK".
