With Windos 8.1, Acrobat 11.0.15 and MS Office 2013 not working together - freezes computer??

Using Acrobat 11.0.15 with MS Word, trying to create a PDF.  Message in Word is "There are issues with the PDF Add-in".  I've reinstalled Acrobat and MS Office 2013. Every time I attempt to create the PDF file out of the word doc, my computer freezes, and I must force a shut-down.  Can anyone help?

Hi ,

Try to repair Acrobat once.

Does this happen with other files as well?

Where are you?  I responded to you, but have not had a response from you to my last response.  Getting very desperate!  Need help with my problem.  Please respond.
