XI Pro - Serial #

Hi,

I'm trying to reinstall this on a new computer and I know its the correct serial # and version, because I logged into by Adobe account and that is what is says.  However, it tells me that my serial number doesn't match the product, but it does.  Don't know what to do here???

Are you installing from disc so you know you have the correct product, or from a download where you MAY have downloaded the wrong installer?

No Disc, downloaded from Adobe.  Its says Pro XI Installer, which is what it says I have.
