Barcode 39 o 128 in form

Hi,

I enter into a form a barcode 39 or 128 but with Adobe XI PRO can only enter barcode 3D ​​.
I tried it with a text field using a font Free Fonts - I Shot the Serif but the laser gun does not recognize it .
I also tried with word and excel but I have the same problem .

Did you include the start/stop character and include a check digit if your scanner is expecting it?

the text field is two numbers with the personal tax code along 18 character ( eg . 10SPRNTN70M20A100X ) or all 13 numbers long ( eg . 1000252545861 )
