Cnet and Download Pages are Unsecure

I was expecting a lock on Cnet's main page, but instead there's just a page.  Same with the download page.  I clicked on it and  Windows 10 says that page is unsecure.  What's up with that?  The reason given by w10 is that the page is insecure.  It's midway between the green lock and the red lock with the X on it.  That's pretty funky, and I don't expect it from Cnet.  No one beats Cnet, but I don't know.  Maybe there's a reason.   Ziff Davis, let's see what they can offer.
