Convert document to pdf power automate connector of Adobe PDF Services ignores markup in word

I am using the 'Convert document to pdf' connector in power automate to converts a word document but it ignores the markup and comments made in the word file. Is there a way to add the markup and comments in word to the resulting PDF?

Not at this time. We assume that the document is final and ready for conversion to PDF and published.
