Hello, I am using the PDF Embed API. When encountering a PDF without editing permissions, is it possible to open editing permissions by entering a password?

Not using Embed API. The permissions password is controlled by PDF author and would need to be removed using Acrobat by someone who knows the password before editing is enabled.
