How to fix no glyph for font error when downloading PDF

New Here ,
Apr 02, 2025 Apr 02, 2025

When trying to download an asset I'm getting the following error:

{"error":{"code":"INVALID_PARAMS","message":"No glyph for U+0049 (I) in font EZNAFM+Tahoma-Bold; requestId=h0RYKNtoOzz35ajEewaaROkvT4yPLDuG","status":400},"status":"failed"}

After investigating the font's used in my PDF and I found the following error on this specific font Tahoma-Bold

How can I go about resolving this issue? TIA

Please see attached. I can do without the second page if the font resides there. Thanks!

There's definitely something corrupt about the file. Try opening it in Acrobat and Save As to rewrite everything then try again.
