Hello, I want to use PDF Tools API for development, but how to purchase?I am an individual Developer in China.

The PDF Tools API is available both as Free and Paid programs. While the free program enables you to use PDF Tools API capabilities for a limited number of operations i.e. 1000 PDF Transcations, the paid program enables a greater processing quota and require entering into a separate written agreement.
