Upload files to Adobe online for edit using API

I have AWS S3 file url (PDF file) which I have to upload to adobe online and open it for editing. I could not able to find any API related to it. Could any one help me to do this.

Adobe Acrobat Storage has no public API.

Document needs to be uploaded via API to Adobe, and Adobe has to give me a URL for editing. After that user will login and open that URL for edit the document. Do we have any API for that?
