Urgent help needed with using PDF Services API, getting back-to-back errors

Trying to extract health informtion using PDF Services API and facing error 1) Extraction error coming from the pdf file uploaded (in this case a health report), 2) Create asset arror.

 

Please support wiht your insights, I need to ship this feature urgently

I suggest you look for an alternative solution. PDF Services API is not HIPPA Ready.
