Adobe Acrobat XI Keeps asking for Serial Number

I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI less than a year ago and about a month ago I got a notice from Adobe that I needed to reinstall my Adobe software. I ignored it for a while and finally successfully removed (using Control Panel-Programs and Features) and from the Adobe Plans and Products reinstalled my software. My copy is registered in Plans and Products. I immediately got pop-ups periodically whenever I use the software to register my product. I selected skip and don't show this again dozens of times without relief. I finally agreed to register (re-register) the software and the pop-up then asked for my Serial Number, which I input and was accepted. This didn't satisfy the pop-up demons as the same request for my serial number opens every time I open and periodically when I am in the middle of using the software. This is beyond annoying. As I don't pay enough to be granted phone or chat privilege, I'm appealing to the forum to provide the support Adobe should be providing for customers who pay for the right to use their software. Any help would be appreciated. !
