Adobe vs Pandadoc

Ok, so I have subscribed to adobe acrobat to fill and sign pdf's for customers to try and save time and money. unfortunatley I have wasted another 4 hours trying to download the files and only get this stupid error message each time.

So comparing Adobe solution to other providors is hard , as the others do everything they say they can and adobe doesnt even do the basics.

I am using readles pdf office and pandadoc, but want just one.

whats is the solution Adobe?

And no I am not upgrading to windows 10, or buying a mac!
