Every time I try to "Save As" in Acrobat DC on my Mac, it just pulls up a blank screen - completely blank with no text or options whatsoever. For example, if I create a PDF from multiple files, it will combine the files into a binder but won't allow me to save it from there. If I then click to close the file, it will ask me if I want to save it. When I click "yes" the blank screen will also pop up.
I have tried the following:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling
- Restarting my computer
- Updating Acrobat DC through Creative Cloud
I am running OSX 10.9.4 on a 2.9ghz Intel Core i7 MacBook Pro w/ 8Gb ram and 80Gb of available space
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Awesome, this was the fix I needed too, thanks.
Trick still works! Thanks!
This just worked for me also.
After using Adobe Acrobat for several years, I have no idea what changed the settings in the first. Thanks for the quick fix, though.
Yes, thank you. It was frustrating before I came here and found your answer!
Now working with this tips.
Very helpful, Thanks!
Tried this as well as all of the suggestions below to no avail. I am still getting the blank screen when I try to save a PDF. Please advise.
For me it is not EDIT > PREFERENCES but ACROBAT PRO > PREFERENCES > GENERAL
This also was need for saving SCREEN CAPTURES.
I did not need to relaunch the program
Just had this problem and you fixed it. Thank you!
