Fill and Sign feature is missing in acrobat pro DC

hi,

we have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC installed on Windows machines, and we just noticed that some features are missing form the Tools menu, these features are:

"Fill & Sign", "Send for Signature", and "Send & Track".

They seem all related, but I do not understand why they are not appearing. I have had a chat with Adobe Support whom suggested to clean up the installation and re-install, but it did not work. I tried also a fresh installation and also the tools are still missing.

tried so far on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

any help is appreciated.

Thanks Josh..

I found the answer to this problem.. big thanks to alisterblack in his reply to Re: Acrobat Pro DC - subscription is missing tools

Acrobat just disabled all three tools related to signature if the Application Language is not (English only). mine was English with Arabic support, and did not work until I changed it back to English.

I really do not understand why this is not documented properly by Adobe. And why you need to withdraw your language requirements in order to sign a document??

The tools are available in the German version.
