How can I remove the slashes "/" on date section when filling up a form? Thanks!

I've been trying to remove the slashes "/" when filling up a form but I can't! please help thanks!

Go to Tools - Edit Form. Then right-click this field and select Properties. Under the Format tab set the field's format to None.

This can only be done if you can create/ edit the form. This means you need Acrobat.

It's probably the Format setting the author of the form selected for this field. If you have Acrobat you can change it. If you only have the free Reader then you can't.
