Printing problem postsciript files

Hi, i have recent problem when i print pdf (Mac OS Catalina) with Acrobat Pro DC, the printer displays this message : "unable to convert postscipt files". I try many options but no results… any solution ?

Thank you for reaching out.

As you receive the error message, did you check if the issue occurs with the particular PDF?

Please try printing using the "Print As Image" option.

- In the print window, go to the Advanced tab and check the box for "Print As Image".

- Click on the OK button at the bottom.

- Then print. 

Check if that helps.

Share the Acrobat and OS version on the machine. 

If the issue occurs with a particular PDF, would you mind sharing the PDF with us?

@MeenakshiNegi - Is it possible that this is a problem with Catalina?
