?I was stupid enough to buy adobe acrobat 2017 pro, cant find its rear end in the dark with both hands, keeps giving me no scanner found error when I attempt to scan. tried all of adobe's lame suggestions, impossible to get a live person, wouldn't buy another adobe product, will find companies that actually support users. Any suggestions about getting this pos to see scanner that every other program finds w/o problems

As you get the error message "scanner not found", please try the troubleshooting steps provided in this help document Troubleshooting tips for scanner issues when using Acrobat.

Please make sure the drivers are up to date.

Also, check if the Acrobat DC is updated to the latest version.

To check if there is an update pending, launch the application and go to Help > Check for updates.

- Make and model of the Scanner?
