Having an issue with a form in Acrobat DC (fully licensed) and Microsoft Office 365, specifically Outlook 2016 (all fully licensed).
The form has a submit to supervisor button on it. When clicked, a Send Email dialogue box pops up. I have the option to choose Default email application (Microsoft Outlook) or Use Webmail. I choose default email application.
I think click Continue and nothing happens. I find this in Event Viewer...

Has anyone seen or experienced this issue before or know how I can resolve it?
For the record, this works as intended on Outlook 2010. We are slowly migrating over to Office 365/2016 and noticed this issue.

I had hoped that the 32bit version of Office was the resolution to this problem, sadly it is not. Still experiencing the issue on Freshly installed Windows 7, freshly installed Office 2016 (32 bit) and freshly installed Acrobat Reader.
Any ideas?

Could you please try checking update for Adobe Reader, launch Reader>click on Help>Check for Updates.
Also, let me know the version of Adobe Reader installed on the machine?
Launch Adobe Reader>select Help menu>About Adobe Acrobat Reader
Is this happening to this form only, have you tried sending another form?

There was an update. I had version 15.020.20039. The application was updated to 15.020.20042.
I reran the installation of Office 2016... things seem to be functioning properly. The default email client pops up with the PDF attached as it's supposed to do. I'll see if this takes on other systems...
