I am trying to send multiple identical forms each of whch has a box requiring a signature / name / title of person signing. Is there a way of adding this to each form simultaniously rather than 1 at a time.

Hi paul_7690,
Thank you for reaching out.
As mentioned above, multiple identical forms. If you mean that all will have form fields on similar locations, then you can create and use a form field layer template: https://adobe.ly/3BjmAPp.
If you are referring that you need to send the same form to multiple people and do not wish to add form fields one by one, you can use the send-in-bulk feature: https://adobe.ly/4eLqZJy.
If you are trying to add the same form field to different forms simultaneously, you cannot do so via the Acrobat Sign. However, you may try using the Action Wizard tool in the Acrobat desktop application: https://adobe.ly/3TQDjjB.
Let us know if you are referring to something else.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Thanks Meenakshi,
The information on each individual document is different but the document itself is identical with signature box etc in the same place. All i need to be able to do is add the signature box / title and name boxes to each document at the same time. Do not want to create a form field template -(no idea what this means - terminolgy is confusing and funtionality is not user friendly) as the forms are already populated (in word) with the relevant information and there are a lot of them. Used Docusign before for this function and it was so much better.
