ADOBE PDF MO PLAN NOT WORKING

I subscribed to the adobe pdf mo plan and Ive waited all day for it to load in my reader, refreshing caling support etc.. and the functions still say "ADD". COMBINE IS the function Ive needed all day and it doesn't work

Have you received an email from Adobe stating your subscription?

When you select "Combine File" do you see "Subscribe Now" button?

Please see the screenshot for "Subscribe Now"

I received confirmation of my subscription. The payment was processed through the bank. I got the combine to work on the cloud site, it still will not work within the TOOLS in the APP.

If you are using Adobe Reader 11 to use our services please install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from Adobe site:https://get.adobe.com/reader/

When you select "Combine Files" in Reader DC it will redirect to our web service for combining files.
